• We have partnered with Domestic Express (Pvt) Ltd for reliable and timely delivery services to our customers in Colombo and Islandwide.
• We charge a flat rate of LKR 300 for orders weighing between 1-2kg, and LKR 380 for orders weighing 2.5kg or more.
  
• A tracking system is available for customers to track their orders in real-time.
• Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
• A hassle-free return policy is available within 7 days of receipt.

Privacy Policy (Shipping):

• We collect personal information only for the purpose of fulfilling orders and improving the customer experience.
• We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.
• Customers have the option to opt-out of email communication and marketing.

Payment Policy:

• We accept payment via debit and credit cards, cash on delivery (COD) as well as bank transfers.
• Payment must be made in full before orders are shipped (except for COD options)
• All prices listed on our website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of taxes.
